  Debbie is the worst.
  Not only did the roof leak into our bed, we weren't given another place to stay until it was fixed. Spoke down to me like a child on multiple occasions. And even though I've been calling to sign a new lease with different tenants, had refused to call me back for 2 months and now we're scrambling to find a whole new place in 30 days.

  This company is a disgrace to real estate everywere if you even take a chance it's a big mistake. Debbie the "owner" is a liar she will say all the good things you want to hear and then come to find out it's not true. Place wasnt on the market told us we wont take applications until its posted we waited called 3 times only to be told nope we rented it. Dirty business don not go to this company for any properties and if you want to rent yours in suggest you go to another company

  Real estate agency who has many affordable properties in San diego area. They are not attentive towards tenant's complain. I was renting one of their property in el cajon area and I wrote too many emails for carpet cleaning but they never get back to me with the response.
  One of my friend is living currently in their property for more than four years now but they haven't changed carpet and it's so dirty and carpet literally ends now after tear and wear but they don't care.

  I rented an apartment with them. They always responded quick to any maintenance request and, when leaving the apartment, they were very fair with deposit reductions. I will completely recommend this Real Estate Agency.

  Horrible service. I happened to drive by one of their buildings with a unit available to rent. I stopped by to see that there was an empty space. I contacted All Points and asked about the empty space that I saw via email. A couple of days later was told by Debbie that the space was already rented, but there's a 1br/1ba available. I quickly responded to asked if I may get more information on the unit, amenities, parking... basic information due to I was not seeing the listing in question online in their company site. Debbie replied to check the site out. (Again the unit she proposed and in turn I had questions about is not online.) I responded to her email about the issue, have not heard back over a week ago. Now I understand why this place has such a bad rating.
